Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:
  • 1 spaghetti squash (about 3 pounds)
  • 1 C water
Instructions:

Slice spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Place a trivet or steamer basket on the bottom of the instant pot and add the water. Arrange the squash pieces on top of the trivet.

Cook at high pressure for 7 minutes and then do a quick release. Remove the squash from the instant pot and use as needed.
